Somali. In a significant effort to improve access to clean water, four new wells have been constructed across two villages in Somalia in 2023.
These wells will serve over 1,000 individuals, addressing a critical need for safe and reliable water sources in the region.
The project aims to enhance the quality of life for residents by providing access to clean and potable water. In addition, the construction of these wells will help reduce the distance traveled to fetch water, alleviating the burden on residents, especially women and children, who often bear the responsibility of water collection.
